以管理员身份打开 cmd 或 powershell

快捷方式：win + x，再输入 a

然后打开 hyper-v：

bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto

或关闭 hyper-v

bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off

不过需要重启系统后才能生效。
